Chris Hamilton, Managing Principal
Chris Hamilton has served as the Chief Financial Officer for a diverse group of high-growth government contracting and technology companies, including:
- Thales Communications $400 million manufacturer of defense electronics for global markets
- American Institutes for Research 1,500-person provider of research, policy analysis and technical assistance to government agencies
- Telecommunications Techniques Corporation $300 million manufacturer of test equipment and software systems for managing data networks, now part of JDSU
- Proxy Aviation Systems a venture-stage Unmanned Aerial System provider to the US Air Force
He has also served as CFO for Racal Communications, MSE Corporation, and as a board member of several technology firms. His industry experience spans the defense & aerospace sector, IT services, manufacturing, technical consulting, and international development. He has successfully addressed the unique challenges of multi-national organizations doing business with the US government on behalf of British, French, and Israeli investors, and has managed financial and technology-transfer issues for operations ranging from the European Community to Korea, Africa, and the Middle East.
Mr. Hamilton received his MBA from the Wharton School in Finance and Strategic Planning following completion of a Bachelor of Science cum laude in Computer Science from Purdue University.
