Chris Hamilton, Managing Principal
Chris Hamilton has served as the Chief Financial Officer for a diverse group of high-growth government contracting and technology companies, including:
- Thales Communications $400 million manufacturer of defense electronics for global markets
- American Institutes for Research 1,500-person provider of research, policy analysis and technical assistance to government agencies
- Telecommunications Techniques Corporation $300 million manufacturer of test equipment and software systems for managing data networks, now part of JDSU
- Proxy Aviation Systems a venture-stage Unmanned Aerial System provider to the US Air Force
He currently serves as a Board Member or Advisor for several firms. His industry experience spans the defense & aerospace sector, IT services, manufacturing, technical consulting, and international development. He has led or managed several dozen acquisition transactions totaling over $1 Billion in value, and has successfully addressed the unique challenges of multi-national organizations doing business with the US government for firms based in the US, UK, France, Switzerland, Korea, South Africa, Israel, and the Netherlands.
Mr. Hamilton received his MBA from the Wharton School in Finance and Strategic Planning following completion of a Bachelor of Science cum laude in Computer Science from Purdue University.
